My babies are growing up. Here is a picture of Vincent & Gina that we took on the 1st day of school. "Vinny" is in 11th grade, going to high school in the morning and taking college classes in the afternoon. "Gigi" is a 9th grade freshman. She is an awesome student, and she enjoys spending time with her friends and taking tennis.
It seems like it was just yesterday that they were in elementary school. I will miss them when they leave to go to college. Yet, I will be most proud when they grow-up and can fly on their own. If there are any empty-nester parents, I welcome your advise as to how to prepare myself for the letting go.
