Finally Friday

Happy Friday. It has been a long and very eventful week at work. I have worked late hours and come home exhausted, yet I can see God working in our life. Things are just falling into place and it isn' a coincidence, it is the loving hand of God guiding us.

I am stopping over at My Romantic Home for Show & Tell Friday to show off the gorgeous puppets my daughter and I made. I'm also attending 2 parties at The Shabby Nest and at Fingerprints on the Fridge. These ladies are my blog heros!

My daughter Gina had to do a puppet project for one of her classes. She had to make a Queen of Sheba and the King. Gina has a good inventory of felt sheets so we had a lot of colors to choose from. I sewed the layers together on my sewing machine. We added metallic rick-rack and added sparkle studs for an added touch. We had so much fun. It took us about 30 minutes to get both of them done.

Gina wanted something fancier than sock-puppets, and I think they came out adorable. Have a special day today!

Your daughter is precious and her puppets too.
