Bluebonnets of Texas

Please come on over to Smiling Sally, where today is Blue Monday at http://smilingsally.blogspot.com/.

.
Today I am sharing the beautiful Bluebonnets of Texas. To see the bluebonnet flowers in full bloom is a reminder of the artistic hand of God. He painted the land with bold shades of blue.
.
I will be in central Texas this week to look for a house for our relocation. Driving along Texas highways is so beautiful to me. To make things better, my mother has accepted my invitation to join me on the trip. Please pray for us that we find a good home. I have to report to my new job by January 4, 2010 and the kids start school the 3rd week of January. There are so many things to get done.
.
Take care and hope you have a wonderful week!
Yoli :)

  12. Those are breath taking pictures.

Thanks for stopping by. I thought it was a good point made that the Word is a guide for living, not just a rebuke for rebellion. God's Word has so much for us about living real faith that reducing His Word to "discipline only" is a dreadful error. I thought it was very wise.

Blessings for a glorious Holy Day celebrating the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I am imagining you driving down that lovely bluebonnet drive as the Lord leads you to your new home.
Remember...Ours is the same God that spoke to Isaiah when He said:
This is what the Lord says-your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: "I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go."
    Isaiah 48:17

I pray thst your faith will not waiver, and that you will continue to trust in the Lord's leading.
    Many blessings!
