Wednesday Gratitude

Take It From Me is hosting Welcome Wednesday. It is a fun gathering of bloggers. Go on over and sharing ideas.
.

I'm spending time today at:
Heart and Home ~ Gratitude Wednesday
Blue Cricket Design ~ Show & Tell
Someday Crafts ~ Whatever Goes
A Southern Daydreamer ~ Outdoor Wednesday
Night Owl Crafting ~ Hoo's got Talent?
.... more blog parties and events
.
I am so grateful to have visited with my Aunt Connie & Aunt Gloria this past weekend. We had a fabulous lunch in San Antonio and then we went shopping. We also enjoyed an afternoon stroll in Gruene, Tx. My aunts are so much fun to be around. I'm just along for the ride, taking pictures, making memories. They are such a blessing in my life. I hope one day to have their strength, courage, and unyielding love.

Raspberry Banana Smoothies
For breakfast I combined the berries with vanilla low-fat yogurt and whirled it in my blender. I made it too thick at first so I had to add some low-fat milk to thin it out. The natural sweetness of the berries is amazing. There are so many variations to make with an endless list of fruit combinations. During these hot days of summer a cool smoothie is perfect.

.
Have a wonderful day.
