I hope your Christmas cards are in the mail and your packages are wrapped. Prepare foods a couple of days before. Ask friends and family to bring side dishes like salads or desserts. Make an area for the kids to play where they can be entertained. Try to keep the television sound level low or off when guests arrive. Take the time to sit with family and friends, don't get stuck in the kitchen. Put on some Christian music like "Home from the Holidays" by the beautiful group Point of Grace. They are a blessing to hear. Fill your heart with music that celebrates the reason for the season, the birth of Jesus Christ. Hug your kids, kiss your husband, love your friends. Extend yourself in grace and charity. Lets all keep a sweet spirit of love and peace during the holidays.
