Mystery Pecan PieIngredients:1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 egg
1 deep dish pie shell
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
Topping:
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
DirectionsBlend together first five items and pour in bottom of unbaked pie shell, top with chopped pecans.
Topping:
Mix all ingredients and pour on top of pecans.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Servings: 6 to 8 servings
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 45 min
Difficulty: Easy
